HOW DOES A SWAMP
Swamp coolers work on the premise of the evaporation method which takes place in nature. When water evaporates into the air in low-humidity regions, the climate is automatically cooler, and this is exactly what our swamp coolers do. By allowing hot and dry air to be drawn into the cooler, the air is passed through water-soaked pads which filter and cool the air – which is then expelled from the unit. The water consumption of each unit starts at just 5 to 7 litres per hour in our smaller units and up to 30 litres per hour in our rooftop unit. Our rooftop unit supplies a continuous and steady stream of clean, cool and moist air unlike central air conditioning systems.
